SHORT BIO:

Lighting designer, researcher and architectural engineer with international work and academic experience. Interests and expertise in: urban lighting planning, research of the neurobiological impact of lighting, 3D modelling and viz., media technology, manual and digital prototyping.
In design, I value precisely crafted yet simple solutions, with minimal aesthetic details.

  • 2019 – 2021 – Research Assistant at BUILD (Statens Byggeforskningsinstitut), Aalborg University. Main projects/work areas:
    •  Virtual Reality simulations for sunlight and shading devices for  IEA Task 61: Integrated Solutions for Daylighting and Electric Lighting 
    • Simulations and calculations for project: Perceived Spatial Brightness when lighting up horizontal or vertical surfaces 
    • Supervision of Master’s students at MSc Lighting Design education.
  • 2019 – 2020 – subcontracting work for ArmetBis as a supervisor of the furniture contractor for the Villa Copenhagen hotel in the center of Copenhagen (388 rooms, 5 star hotel near Tivoli).
  • 2018 – Statens Byggeforskningsinstitut, Lighting Department (Copenhagen, DK) – Research on perceptual assessment of light using photorealistic images. 
  • 2017 – West 4 Construction (London, UK)- Construction site manager – Management and supervision of construction of a 5 level residential building in Hackney, East London.

Nazwa operacji: Podjęcie i prowadzenie profesjonalnej działalności technicznej w obszarze innowacyjnych technologii służących poprawie stanu naturalnego środowiska, z siedzibą w gminie wiejskiej Kościerzyna.
