Project done as a part of Architecture Technology Diploma in New Zealand and according to its building law and standards. The focus was put on creating an external shell around the core of the building, allowing for spatial open internal spaces divided with lightweight  partitions. Construction elements combined both prefabricated components forming the skeleton frame and traditinal masonry walls along with curtain walls in external envelope.
